A lawyer and a frontend designer. I have been in law for over 10 years and in frontend and design even longer. I speak, train, advise and write where law meets code. ### What can I help you with? Law for companies that build software, apps and AI products: agents and agentic development, software compliance across the EU (AI Act, Cyber Resilience Act, GDPR), software contracts, licences and open source. I do IP audits with a 90% EU subsidy for companies and sole traders based in the Czech Republic. I understand what you build because I build it too.
